Crow’s Nest White Rum is hand-crafted using local BC ingredients, and traditional distillation methods. Our still was hand-made in North America and built to our unique requirements. We use award-winning glacier fed water to produce our spirits and ensure purity. Many have said our White Rum has a slightly sweet, unique flavour, and our meticulous production adds texture, not burn.
